From start to finish--courteous front desk staff through, X-ray technician, dental hygienist (Debbie), dental exam by Dr. Hutchens, and cavity fillings by Dr. Hutchens--mine was an excellent experience. Debbie provided the most thorough cleaning I've had anywhere, and Dr. Hutchens provided the most thorough exam I've had in decades.
