Horrible the doctor never calls u back they basically let me almost have a heart attack! I wouldnt. Recomend them for nothing
Dr. Lanigan is excellent. She actually takes time to talk to her patients, and actually reflects thoughtfully on what her patients say.
My family and I went to this family practice for 32+years. The doctor's we had were very good!
I second the slow service. I was recently in for a physical; one other patient was in the entire building and was in the process of leaving once I made it to the exam room (I could hear her in the hallway). All of the reception staff were on their cell phones or talking about their utility bills, with the exception of the one lady that was helping me - she was the only one actually working. I waited in the exam room for almost a half hour to see the doctor; when I left, there were still no other patients. I rarely go to a doctor - I have to be to the point of physically being unable to work - but when I do go there, I'm there for close to two hours easily, and there's never any more than five people waiting. The staff is professional, they just have no speed to them. I understand there is a fine line between rushing to thin the crowd and taking the time to talk to each patient; but they could use a little fine tuning.
It's so slow here! It doesn't matter what day or time, it is always so slow. My grandmother goes here and we spend almost an hour for a bit of lab work and that was it! I know doctor's offices can get backed up very easily and slow things down but it's slow like this even when there is no one here!
