Asked one question to the guy at the call center and he about took my head off... I said know what, I'll call Dominos... No sense in someone being so rude... Now our business will either go to ciros or Dominos... At least there I can talk to the people that will be making my food...
The quick version. ordered online picked up in store. The dough and toppings were not cooked, pizza was not edible. Tried to call store itself and kept getting the call center. After being transferred 4 time and told the store manager would contact me (that never happened) I was given a store credit to the store that just gave me the worst pizza experience I have ever had a will not go back to! Eat at your own risk.
Delivery service is horrible!!! Ordered twice from this place and they have me drive out to pick up pizza a half MILE away.(THATS NOT DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!) The manager was of no help. I will never order from this pizza hut again!!!!! My advice to the manager, is work with your customer's if you are running a business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I now know why there is so many 1 star...
The delivery guy was very friendly wished i tipped him but didnt have any money the food was never messed up and was delexoius so
I wish it was an option to give NO STARS!!! Absolutely Terrible Food, Terrible Service, AND ORDERING FROM A DAMN SWITCHBOARD THAT ANSWERS FOR THOUSANDS OF OTHER PLACES IS JUST RIDICULOUS! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! UGGHHHH
